Terms and Conditions

1) The Contract between us

busterbobcrafts.co.uk is an online homemade craft shop in the UK and is also known as “we” throughout the remainder of this article.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.

Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. (Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us).

2) Price 

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our web site.

3) Availability of goods you order

I. The total cost of your order is equal to the price of the items ordered
II. Availability: We will do our best to fulfil your order within the time stated, but we cannot guarantee this in every instance. We will inform you of any problems immediately.
III. Shopping at BusterBobCrafts is safe and guaranteed. All of the information you give us is private and secure. We do not release any information about our customers.
IV. We reserve the right to remove any item from sale from our website. If you have already ordered, and an item is unavailable we will either:

Replace any goods to the same value; or

Refund to you the amount paid for the goods

4) Delivery of goods to you

I. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make the order and/or register your account.
II. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, delivery depends on the availability of the item(s) you order and also the time taken for your item to be created, this will be defined on the product page
III. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once the goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

5) Refund

I. Our delivery cost is non-refundable from any order placed.
II. Personalised items are non-refundable unless otherwise faulty or damaged (with valid proof)
III. You must contact us before returning goods, so that the full procedure can be explained.

6) Liability

I. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged, defective or the delivery is an incorrect quantity you must notify us in writing or contact us with details of the problem within 14 days of receiving the order.

In line with UK Distance Selling Regulations you may return the goods to us in their original condition within a reasonable period, usually 14 days of your order for a complete refund or exchange. Please note that this does not include our personalised items as stated above.

The goods need to be returned in mint condition, in a resaleable condition and with the delivery note or invoice listing your unique order number and your name and address.
II. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 14 working days of the date on which you ordered them you must notify us in writing at contact address of the problem.
III. If you notify a problem to us under this condition we will either:

Make good any shortage or non-delivery; or

Replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or

Refund to you the amount paid for the goods


IV. we shall be under no liability whatever to you for any indirect loss or expense (including loss of profit) arising out of a breach of its obligations unless you have previously given notice that such loss is likely to be incurred in the event of breach.


V. Nothing in this contract is, however intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

7) Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any default due to any act of god, war, civil commotion, strike, lock-out, industrial action, pandemic, fire, flood, drought, storm or other event beyond its reasonable control.

8) Invalidity 

If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

9) Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law, and the English courts shall have no exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

10) Interpretation 

i. BusterBobCrafts.co.uk means the BusterBobCrafts.co.uk website and any connected organisation that actually supplies goods ordered by you and any successor to its business on this website;
ii. working day means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends and statutory and public holidays;
iii. us means BusterBobCrafts.co.uk and you together; and
iv. we means BusterBobCrafts.co.uk
v. you and your means the person ordering the goods under these terms and conditions.

Purchase Limitations

If we set purchase limits, it is agreed that the buyer does not exceed such limits placing multiple orders.


Using separate e-mail accounts to bypass any limits or account restrictions under the same user is not allowed under the house rules. Any account can be placed on hold and orders cancelled should a limit be bypassed with multiple users where it can be determined they are going to the same location or user.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion which may include security reasons, billing issues or anything else related.
